About the Programme

TBI-KIET and Business Bridge are running a two weeks programme aimed at developing the entrepreneurial skills of TBI graduates across India and teaching the necessary steps required to successfully commercialize their products. The core elements are; how to write an effective business plan, how to pitch to investors and how to sell effectively. The programme will conclude with a trade show presentation of the participant’s business ideas to a panel of investors and business school academics.

This two-weekprogramme is designed to build:
• Knowledge of how to approach sales opportunities in an efficient and effective way
• Fundamental interpersonal and core communication skills required to operate in a sales environment
• Confidence to have sales led conversations with customers and add value to them
• Knowledge of how to write a business plan and how to pitch effectively to investors
• Basic theoretical and working knowledge of managing finances of their companies.

The programmeis designed for micro & small sized businesses, giving entrepreneurs a chance to hone their general skills before addressing more complicated business issues. The programme is designed to suit the fundamental needs of all entrepreneurs. Participants will increase their effectiveness at selling, thereby increasing the profitability and sustainability of their businesses.
